
Mohammadhossein Aboufazli
Born on August 7, 1989
Santour Player, Conductor of Farabi orchestra, Manager of Mazandaran philharmonic choir, graduated with M.A. degree in Ethnomusicology from the Tehran Art University.
He began playing
In addition to learning Santour Courses, he passed other courses of music with Vartan Sahakyan, Dr.Amir Eslami, Dr.Hooman Asadi, Dr.Hossin Meysami, and Dr.Mohammadreza Azadehfar during the M.A. program.
His M.A. Thesis is “Social and Structural Evolution of the Pishdaramad”

- Head of Music Center of AmirKabir University of Technology (2008-2010)
- Member of the Board of the Music Association of Iran (2019)
- Lecturer at : Roozbehan University, Adib university and, Mazandaran Arts and Culture University (since 2015)
- Teaching theoretical courses and courses of Santour playing at music academies since 2010.
- Secretary of the first Ava & Nava Music Festival in 2017 – Sary, Iran.
- The conductor of Farabi Traditional Orchestra
Manager of Mazandaran philharmonic Choir - Nominated for the 7th & 8th Youth Music Festival Award in 2013 and 2014 – Tehran, Iran.
- Perform in 34th Fajr Music Festival with Farabi Orchestra, Azadi Tower, Tehran, Iran, 2019
- 1st place at the “Friends in Moscow” Music Festival, Moscow, Russia 2018
- Full member of the Ethno Catalonia 2019 & 2022, and Perform with the Ethno Orchestra in Barcelona, Amer, Moià and Banyoles.
- Official partner of Find Foreign Music project leading by Raleigh Music Group Company.
- Multiple performances in the form of soloist or bands since 2009.
